The Aftermath

Sorry for the lack of updates this week. It has been really crazy, with the funeral arrangements and the actual funeral itself and getting some rest.
I didnt sleep for two nights on Monday and Tuesday. The funeral was on Wednesday at St Joseph Church and as soon as everything was done, I went home, got online and talked to Rob and fell asleep while voice chatting with him! Rob said I mumbled a few times in my sleep and of course my “loud” snorring. :/
I went to bed at 11.30 that night and woke up at 11am the next day with a pounding headache so I went back to sleep and was awaken by my dad for lunch at 1pm. I slept like a rock. I also had to cancel my tutoring class on Tuesday night and replaced it on Friday.
Anyway, during the funeral I played the role of photographer/joker/cashier. I ran around taking pictures of the wake, wreaths, the church service etc. It was bittersweet for me as I’m sure all of you know I enjoy taking pictures of flowers and at the same time the wreaths came as condolences for my grandmother’s passing.
The funeral went on smoothly, I would say. We’ve had prayers every night at my grandma’s house since her demise. Tomorrow morning the family will head up to the cemetery again for the 7th day and dinner together later.

Pretty aren’t they? Too bad my grandmother had to leave this world so I could get these pictures.
Lastly, thank you to all my friends for their generous donations and well wishes.
When my granddad passed away, we had lotsssss of flowers too.. Sorry to hear abt ur grandma.
